Delete your account

Delete from the app

If you can access your account, sign in and go to Account settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm before deletion is completed.

Request deletion without the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address registered to your Days for Us account. Use the subject line Delete my Days for Us account.

We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before completing the request.

What deletion means

Deletion removes your account and personal profile from active use. Shared plans, notes, and other records may remain where reasonably necessary to preserve another connected member’s records. We may retain limited information where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, backups, and dispute resolution.
